Robert G. Powell, age 82, passed away on Friday, January 4, 2008. Beloved husband of the late Adrian Frayle Powell. Father of Eulalie Mott and her husband Bill of Metairie. Brother of Marguerite Mowrey of Fullerton, CA and Dorothy Guy of Elida, OH. Uncle of Jim Mowrey of Brea, CA and Mark Mowrey of Huntington Beach, CA. Son of the late Glenn Powell and Frances Jones Powell. Mr. Powell was a World War II Veteran. He graduated from Ohio State University and retired from the Chrysler Corporation. He was a member of the Big Easy Mopar Association, the Horseless Carriage Club and AARP Crescent City Chapter 4117.
